1.2 Scenes where we collect and use personal information When you use TiKie, we will
collect and use
your personal information in the following ways:
1.2.1Registration and Login
1.2.1.1 When you register and log in to TiKie, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number
and
login password. We collect the above information in order to help you complete the registration of your
TiKie account, protect the security of your account and meet the requirements of real identity
information authentication in relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this information, we
will
not be able to create an account or log in to the account and normally provide you with services.
1.2.1.2 When you use the one-click registration and login function, you need to provide us with your
mobile
phone number and telecommunications operator information. We collect the above information in order to
help
you complete the registration and login of your TiKie account in one click, ensure the security of
your
account and meet the requirements of real identity information authentication in relevant laws and
regulations. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to create an account or log in
to
the account and normally provide you with services.
1.2.1.3You have the option to register and login to TiKie by linking a third party account (email,
Facebook, Apple account (only for iOS system), etc.). At that time, we will collect your profile photo,
username, phone number from that third party account. If you do not provide such information, you will
not
be able to register and login to TiKie through a third party account. However, you can register and
login to TiKie via a email and password.
1.2.1.4 When you complete your personal information on the registration page, you can provide your
profile
photo and username. We collect this information from you in order to help you complete your personal
information. If you do not want to provide the above information, it will not affect your basic use of
TiKie. We will assign you a default system profile photo and username, which you can modify through
"My
- Settings - Personal Information".
1.2.1.5 If you forget your TiKie login information, you can use the forgot password function. When
you
use the forgot password function, we will collect your phone number to verify your identity. If the
phone
number you provide cannot be verified, you may need to provide your real identity information to verify
your
identity.
1.2.2 Messages
1.2.2.1 When you use the message function, we will collect the content of the messages you send. We
collect
the above information from you in order to provide the message sending function and facilitate
communication
between the parties. The content of the messages you send will be encrypted during storage and
transmission.
Other than the content between you and the AI virtual person, we will not view or use the message
content.
1.2.2.2 When you send messages to users through the profile matching function, we need to collect your
profile information. We will provide profile matching service for you based on the above information. If
you
do not provide such information, we will not be able to provide profile matching service for you, but it
will not affect your normal use of our other services.
According to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will conduct information content security
compliance review on the content of your information publishing, interactions and messages. When the
content
of the information you publish contains illegal or harmful information, we will dispose of it in a
timely
manner in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. For the information you publish
openly, we
may adopt a combination of system detection and manual review.
1.2.3 Value-added services
When you purchase value-added services, we need to collect your transaction and consumption records,
including the content of the transaction, order number, transaction time, transaction amount, payment

BSSID, SN number ,MCC + MNC, device model), IP address, access date and time, and network log
information.

our
network, reduce security risks when you use our services, ensure network access and stable operation of
products and services. If you do not provide the above information, we cannot guarantee the safe
operation
of the application during your use.
1.2.6 Customer Service
1.2.6.1 When you make a complaint or report, you need to provide us with the object, type and reason of
the
report or complaint, as well as the content of the pictures, messages and online consultation you
provide.
If such information is not collected, we will not be able to verify and effectively deal with your
complaints and suggestions due to the lack of valid information, but this will not affect your normal
use of
our other services.
1.2.6.2 When you use feedback, you need to provide us with your issue type, issue description and
contact
phone number. We collect the above information from you in order to help handle the problems you
encounter
when using the TiKie APP based on your feedback, and optimize product experience. If we do not
collect
such information, we will be unable to normally provide you with feedback services due to lack of
effective
information, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.
1.2.6.3 When you make a complaint, report or feedback, you can enable the album permission of your
device
and provide relevant picture information, we will collect the related pictures you provide during
feedback.
We collect the above information from you in order to realize the functions of your use of customer
service,
help handle the problems you encounter when using the TiKie, and optimize product experience. If we
do
not collect such information, we may not be able to resolve your problems due to lack of effective
information, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.
1.2.7 Notification
1.2.7.1 While using the TiKie app, we may need to send you message notifications or push
notifications.
You can enable notification permissions on your device to receive these message notifications. If you do
not
wish to receive these message notifications or push notifications, you can disable notification
permissions
on your device.
1.2.7.2 After you register for a TiKie account, we may need to send you verification codes,
notifications, or marketing information via SMS, voice calls, or email. We will collect your contact
information (phone number, email address) for the purpose of assisting you in completing verification,
receiving message notifications, obtaining information about our marketing or promotional activities, or
contacting you when necessary. If you do not wish to verify through SMS verification codes, you can
choose
alternative methods for verification. If you do not want to receive message notifications or marketing
information, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe method provided in the message notifications or
marketing information, or directly contact us using the contact information specified in this privacy

for assistance.
1.3 Device Permission Usage
In the process of providing you with products and/or services, we may need to access your device system
permissions. You can refer to the TiKie application permission list to understand the details of the
device permission names we access, the purpose of use, and the scenarios in which they are accessed.
If you wish to disable all or some permissions after granting device access, you can choose to do so in
the
device's settings function. Alternatively, you can also make changes through "Settings-Privacy
Settings-System Permission Management" in TiKie. Once you disable any device permission, we will no
longer be able to continue collecting and using your relevant personal information based on that
permission,
and we may not be able to provide you with services corresponding to that permission. Please be aware
that
your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and usage that was
previously conducted based on your consent.
